Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Studio Assistant Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of our in-house Global Creative Studio. Working closely with the Creative Operations Director – Studio & Packaging, this role will help coordinate studio workflow, projects, processes and administration, ensuring the creative team has the structure and support needed to deliver work efficiently and to a high standard. At the heart of the studio, you will work across multiple creative disciplines and partner with teams across Creative, Marketing, Production and the wider brand.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations & Workflow

  • Monitoring workflow across projects, identifying outstanding actions, dependencies or potential delays and following up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, task lists and status updates, ensuring information is clear, accurate and current.
  • Ensure briefs and supporting information are complete and readily available to creative teams.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the studio.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, invoices and other financial administration in partnership with relevant teams.
  • Support legal, regulatory and internal approval processes, ensuring documentation is complete and approvals are appropriately recorded.
  • Support freelancer onboarding and administration, as well as other studio requirements.
  • Assist with suppliers, production partners and other external contacts as required.
  • Act as a substitute for the Global Asset Manager when they are unavailable.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects in line with the development of the role.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience working as an Assistant/JR Producer in an Advertising Agency or Production Agency producing fashion, beauty and still life shoots and digital videos.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Confident using project management and workflow tools; experience with Wrike or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of tasks, following projects through to completion and confidently following up with stakeholders when required.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced creative environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Practical and solutions-focused, with a willingness to support across a broad range of activities.
  • An interest in creative processes and experience within luxury, beauty, fashion or a premium brand environment would be advantageous.
