Assistant Managers are more than duty managers. They're leaders, coaches and future General Managers. You'll work alongside the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, develop great teams and drive high standards every day.
What You'll Do
- Lead busy shifts and create memorable guest experiences
- Coach, train and develop team members
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and compliance
- Support stock, labour and cost controls
- Drive sales through great hospitality and product knowledge
- Help build a positive, high-performing team culture

About You
- Hospitality leadership experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager
- Passionate about people and customer service
- Confident leading from the front in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, resilient and solutions-focused
- Committed to developing others and maintaining high standards
