Role - Second Assistant Manager - Salary = £32,000 base + bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Business & Finance
- Support performance against KPIs (sales, profit, customer satisfaction)
- Use reports to drive action plans
- Help manage stock, labour costs, and rotas
- Understand and influence monthly P&L
- People & Operations
- Lead and motivate a diverse team
- Deliver exceptional shift operations
- Coach and develop team members and shift managers
- Be hands-on during peak times
- Training & Development
- Champion regular 1-2-1s and coaching sessions
- Lead from the front on training and values
- Grow confident, capable team leaders

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years in management in QSR role or fast-paced hospitality/retail
- Availability - Full-Time required and must be fully flexible across weekdays, weekends, early mornings, and late evenings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for developing others
- A high level of integrity and commitment
