The London Apprentice is a historic riverside pub in Isleworth, full of character and now looking fantastic following its refurbishment. With a refreshed venue and an exciting future ahead, this is a brilliant opportunity to join the team, support the General Manager and help make this pub a go-to destination for our guests.

Job Description
What will you be doing as Assistant Manager?
As Assistant Manager, you'll be the General Manager's right hand, helping to lead the team, deliver brilliant service and keep the pub running smoothly.
- You'll bring energy, personality and a hands-on approach to every shift, helping create an environment where both guests and team members love to be.
- Support the General Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team, creating a positive and engaging place to work.
- Take ownership of the pub during your shifts, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests receive a fantastic experience.
- Drive sales and performance by spotting opportunities, maximising trade and bringing the pub to life.
- Maintain high standards across the pub, from service and cleanliness to health and safety.
- Support with recruitment, training and onboarding, helping build a brilliant team for this exciting new chapter.
- Keep a close eye on stock, costs and performance, understanding how your decisions impact the success of the business.
- Lead by example, get stuck in and inspire your team to deliver their best every day.

- Experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy pub, bar or hospitality environment.
- A natural ability to motivate, support and develop a team.
- A guest-first mindset, with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of what makes a pub successful.
- The confidence to make decisions, take ownership and keep things moving during busy services.
- A positive, hands-on attitude and the ambition to grow your career.
- Most importantly, you'll bring personality, passion and a team-first approach.

Situated on the banks of the River Thames in Isleworth, The London Apprentice is a historic pub with plenty of character, a welcoming atmosphere and a fantastic waterside setting.
