A contemporary luxury fragrance and beauty brand offering fragrances, bath, body and home products. Known for its creativity, quality and personalised service, the brand is continuing to grow its global community.

The Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help drive store performance while supporting, motivating and developing the team.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Drive sales, conversion, ATV and UPT through strong customer engagement
  • Deliver personalised consultations and luxury customer service
  • Host signature fragrance and candle experiences
  • Support VIP appointments, events, influencer visits and store activations
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store standards
  • Support stock management, banking and operational procedures
  • Coach and develop the team through positive, hands-on leadership
  • Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence

  • Previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail
  • Passionate about fragrance, beauty and exceptional customer experiences
  • Commercially minded and confident working towards targets
  • Engaging and able to build strong customer relationships
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable taking responsibility
  • Confident coaching and motivating a team
  • A hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the shop floor
  • Flexible and able to support a busy retail environment
