Our central services team provides centralized support to the Group. Job Summary:
Coordinate marketing programmes that help Praxis strengthen client and intermediary relationships, identify opportunities, and act on feedback Support the Group Head in delivering the client and intermediary growth and retention programme, initially focusing on client and intermediary listening, and the Key Client Programme Work closely with Regional Directors, RPs, CSDs, and commercial colleagues to gather insight, coordinate engagement activity, and ensure agreed follow-up reaches the people who own those relationships Undertake other reasonable marketing and business development tasks as required to support the team’s priorities, consistent with the scope and level of the role.
Key responsibilities
Client and intermediary listening
Coordinate client and intermediary surveys and other listening activity, including contact lists, invitations, responses, reporting, and follow-up Bring together feedback, relationship insight, and engagement data to identify themes, opportunities, and potential concerns Maintain an action tracker and ensure findings are shared with the relevant relationship owners - monitor whether agreed actions have been completed

Key client and intermediary programmes
Support the planning and delivery of the Key Client Programme, including engagement plans, communications, events, and progress updates Coordinate agreed activity for priority intermediaries, including Radius initiatives and targeted activation campaigns Help identify dormant relationships and opportunities for relevant introductions, additional services, or support from another Praxis office
Campaigns, content, and advocacy
Brief and coordinate targeted client and intermediary communications, working with colleagues responsible for content, campaign delivery, and approvals Identify potential client stories, testimonials, case studies, and referral opportunities, obtaining the necessary internal and client approvals Support account-based marketing activity by researching priority organizations and coordinating relevant engagement
Events and engagement
Coordinate client and intermediary events within the agreed programme, working with the team on event strategy, content, and promotion Work with relationship owners on guest lists, invitations, briefing materials, and follow-up so that events support clear relationship objectives
Data insight and reporting
Work with Head of Marketing Operations and Growth Enablement to improve the accuracy and completeness of priority client and intermediary records Track programme activity, participation, feedback, follow-up, and opportunities or risks identified Contribute concise updates to monthly reporting, including what the insight suggests and where action is needed

Stakeholder engagement and ways of working
Build effective relationships with commercial and client-facing colleagues across offices and service lines Maintain clear programme plans, briefs, and deadlines, coordinating support through the team’s shared quarterly plan Respect confidentiality, data protection requirements, and relevant content approval processes
Minimum qualifications and experience
Relevant experience in marketing, business development, client engagement, or relationship programmes. Experience in professional services or another relationship-led sector is desirable Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and follow-up actions Experience using CRM systems, contact data, surveys, or email marketing tools is desirable A relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or business is desirable; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
Skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep several programmes moving without losing sight of actions and deadlines Clear, confident written and verbal communication Sound judgment when handling client feedback and sensitive relationship information An analytical approach: able to identify useful themes in feedback and data and present them plainly Confidence working with senior colleagues and following up on agreed actions Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft 365 Willingness to develop expertise in HubSpot and other marketing tools
Measures of success
Success will be assessed through programme delivery and adoption, including survey participation and follow-up, coverage of priority relationships, completion of agreed engagement plans, participation by relationship owners, and opportunities or risks surfaced.
