The Role
We are looking for a skilled and confident Assistant Manager of Video Production to join our global studio team. This is a hands-on production role, with a primary focus on live event production in our London studio. The ideal candidate brings technical expertise, creative instincts, and the composure to deliver polished productions under pressure; whether managing a live executive broadcast or crafting a finished video piece in post.
You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, senior leadership up to C-suite level, and external clients, serving as both a trusted production partner and a confident decision-maker on the studio floor.
You thrive in a fast-moving studio environment and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You understand that a great production is as much about people management as it is technical execution and you have the confidence to lead a room while remaining collaborative and solution-focused. You know when to act on your own judgment and when to bring others in, and you treat every stakeholder with professionalism and respect.
Key Responsibilities
Live Production
- Lead and execute live studio productions including webcasts, executive interviews, panel discussions, earnings calls, and client-facing broadcast events
- Operate and oversee studio equipment including cameras, switchers, audio consoles, lighting rigs, and broadcast graphics systems
- Coordinate all technical elements of live broadcasts, ensuring seamless delivery from pre-production through to transmission
- Manage studio setup, run-of-show logistics, and real-time troubleshooting during live events

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
