Base Location: London, Bristol or Manchester, KPMG UK offices

Transformation Leadership
- Support large-scale transformation in the National Security sector to capitalise on existing and emerging opportunities.

Problem-Solving & Consulting
- Develop robust problem-solving methodologies
- Structure and review complex analysis
- Deliver clear and effective consultancy deliverables
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with:
- Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers at KPMG
- Clients’ leadership teams, including senior executives
- Build strong relationships with diverse clients.
Project & Resource Coordination
- Contribute to planning and delivery of engagements, including:
- Work plans
- Project timelines
- Resource allocation
- Project management
Requirements
Core Experience
-
Track record of working on complex consulting projects, with experience in:**
- Business or operating model change
- Strategy development
- Strategic cost efficiency and management
- Investment decision support
- Business case formulation and business planning

Strong ability to develop Business Cases.

In-depth understanding of consulting methodologies and adaptability for Defence sector challenges.

Proficiency in key consulting skillsets, including:
- Qualitative & quantitative analysis
- Storyboarding
- Report and presentation preparation
- Impactful public speaking
- Team management and leadership
- Influencing strategies
- Relationship building
Fantastic to Have (Nice-To-Haves)
- Previous consulting experience at a ‘Big 4’ consultancy or mid-tier firm.
