Vibrancy: the state of being full of energy and life
We are seeking an outstanding Assistant Manager with a passion for exceptional dining experiences and a love for creating memorable moments for every guest.
Juno is a contemporary Italian restaurant and bar launching at Olympia, a space that blends the ease of neighbourhood dining with the energy of a West London destination. Rooted in simple, produce-led cooking, Juno's hospitality will be warm, generous and effortlessly stylish. It's a restaurant designed to feel both familiar and fresh, with a menu built around seasonal plates, handmade pasta, and a confident drinks programme anchored by spritzes, negronis, and a considered Italian wine list. Juno will attract a broad audience, including local West Londoners, early evening pre-theatre diners and weekend groups looking for a place that feels fun but refined; a balance of accessibility and aspiration.
The Role
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of Juno, supporting the rest of the leadership team in delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Our Assistant Managers are proactive, detail-focused and operational leaders who bring energy, imagination and a genuine passion for incredible people, outstanding service and creating a thriving restaurant environment. Through hands-on leadership, innovative ideas and continuous development of their teams, they help bring Juno's hospitality vision to life.
We Expect You To
- Know what makes a great restaurant tick, from creating an electric atmosphere to delivering service that guests remember long after they leave.
- Lead with personality, bringing energy, warmth and confidence to every shift.
- Be the person who sets the tone in the room, creating a venue where guests feel welcomed and the team feels inspired.
- Support the senior leadership team in bringing Juno's vision to life and creating a restaurant people can't wait to come back to.
- Love developing people, helping your team grow their confidence, knowledge and passion for hospitality.
- Be a true presence in the venue! Approachable, engaging and someone both guests and teammates naturally gravitate towards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to create a seamless experience between food, drink and service.
- Be passionate about Italian food, wine and culture, with a curiosity that keeps you learning and sharing your knowledge.
- Bring creativity and ideas to the table, always looking for ways to make Juno better.
- Keep standards high while remembering that the best hospitality comes with personality, connection and fun.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying calm, positive and solutions-focused when the pressure is on.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
