Assistant Manager, Online Distribution, EU/UK
As a key member of the Global Distribution team, the Assistant Manager, Online Distribution, EU/UK will support the execution of online distribution strategies to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with brand guidelines. This role provides operational and commercial support to the Senior Manager, Global Online Distribution and Regional Distribution Managers (RDMs), with a focus on the EU/UK market.
The Assistant Manager will act as a specialist for OTA (Online Travel Agencies) and Dynamic Wholesale channels in the region, ensuring hotels achieve optimal channel share, maintain rate parity, and maximize revenue opportunities. Responsibilities include channel account support, reporting, auditing, documentation, and evaluation of marketing opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Support OTA and Dynamic Wholesale channel strategies for the EU/UK region
- Provide insights, reports, and recommendations to enhance channel share and performance
- Partner with Revenue teams and General Managers to optimize distribution opportunities
- Handle OTA/partner promotion setups and auditing. This includes any tactical actions also, including but not limited to commission overrides, marketing and discount promotions
- Regularly review key OTA extranets to ensure alignment with global distribution strategies
- Contribute to global parity initiatives and marketing evaluation
- Audit & investigate rate parity monitoring and investigations using Fornova and contribute to global parity efforts

What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years' experience in Hotel Distribution, Revenue Management, or E-commerce
- Strong understanding of hospitality systems (CRS, PMS, CM, parity tools, OTA extranets)
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent Excel and reporting skills
- A confident communicator and team player with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a multi-hotel environment is advantageous
