Role Overview
A small prestigious international Bank is seeking a dynamic individual to join its growing Operations area in a varied role.
Duties
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the Operations Department back and middle offices including Loans, Guarantees & Payments
- Managing operational processes related to loan origination, disbursements, and servicing
- Loan Documentation - reviewing accuracy and completeness of all loan documentation, collateral agreements and related paperwork
- Working with Legal and Credit teams to resolve any discrepancies/issues
- Monitoring and managing the operational aspects of risk participation agreements
- Reviewing and monitoring all CDD/KYC, account opening and administration processes
- Overseeing payments processing and reconciliations
- Being point of contact for operational issues
- Overseeing the issuance, amendment and management of Guarantees and Letters of Credit
- Enhancing operational efficiency, reporting, and mitigating risks

- Extensive relevant experience of loan documentation and administration gained within banking
- Payments and KYC/CDD
- Trade Finance/Guarantees
- Proven staff management experience is essential
- Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and SWIFT
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Degree educated
Role Details
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days a week in the London office and 2 days remotely.
