Role Overview

A small prestigious international Bank is seeking a dynamic individual to join its growing Operations area in a varied role.

Duties

  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the Operations Department back and middle offices including Loans, Guarantees & Payments
  • Managing operational processes related to loan origination, disbursements, and servicing
  • Loan Documentation - reviewing accuracy and completeness of all loan documentation, collateral agreements and related paperwork
  • Working with Legal and Credit teams to resolve any discrepancies/issues
  • Monitoring and managing the operational aspects of risk participation agreements
  • Reviewing and monitoring all CDD/KYC, account opening and administration processes
  • Overseeing payments processing and reconciliations
  • Being point of contact for operational issues
  • Overseeing the issuance, amendment and management of Guarantees and Letters of Credit
  • Enhancing operational efficiency, reporting, and mitigating risks

  • Extensive relevant experience of loan documentation and administration gained within banking
  • Payments and KYC/CDD
  • Trade Finance/Guarantees
  • Proven staff management experience is essential
  • Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and SWIFT
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Degree educated

Role Details

This is a hybrid role, working 3 days a week in the London office and 2 days remotely.
