Assistant Manager
This exciting role will see you support and occasionally step in for the General Manager, motivating a team of passionate people to deliver experiences that delight.
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills
- Culinary skill
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to motivate team members
- Ability to recognise when team members need help and support them
- Keen eye for detail
- Understanding of admin and cash management systems
Responsibilities
- Take the helm when the General Manager is away
- Motivate team members to deliver their best
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Create a warm welcome for guests
- Monitor customer feedback to maintain and improve standards
- Go above and beyond to ensure a consistently high level of service
- Support Front and Back of House teams during peak times
- Oversee the consistent production of a quality food offering
- Support kitchen team members
- Manage admin and cash management systems when the General Manager is away
- Act as an inspiring role model for team members
- Take responsibility for own development with an eye towards becoming a General Manager
