About the Company

About the Role

As the Assistant Manager of JAB SW1, you are responsible for supporting all aspects of the business, alongside the General Manager. You will be an ambassador for the brand with a detailed knowledge of our class concepts, recovery, lifestyle, Joey's Coffee Shop, and apparel. You will assist the General Manager with overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and service standards remain in place.

Responsibilities

  • Support with the Joey's Coffee Shop operation.
  • Support with the Recovery Room operation and procedures.
  • A focus on customer experience and the vibe of the club.
  • Day to day site management and ownership of health and safety procedures.
  • Fully versed in all things product, process, and brand.
  • Assistance with staff rotas across FOH and Coaches.
  • Brand ambassador - embody, display, and proactively drive the company's Pillars and Values.
  • Maintain standards across email and phone, for all client liaison across the FOH team.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maximize relationships within a diverse team
  • Confidence leading a team
  • A passion for people, with a natural ability to build rapport with whoever walks through the door
  • Organized, driven, and reliable
  • Computer literacy within all Microsoft programs and CRM's
  • Personal passion for health and fitness
  • Detail-orientated
  • Full-time role (5 days per week - one of which will always be a weekend day)
  • Able to work Bank Holidays

Pay range and compensation package

Starting salary of £32,000 + Performance Bonus
