Assistant Manager – People Model & Value Proposition (Hub Enablement)

Location: London, UK

Duration: 6 months contract

Rate: £320/Day Inside IR35

Your Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics operations, transition/transformation programmes, or shared services/GBS environments
  • Proven experience managing hiring plans, recruitment pipelines, or workforce planning across multiple locations or business units
  • Working knowledge of onboarding coordination, training logistics, and go-live readiness in a transition or captive enablement context
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect and influence across global functions, hub leads, and senior leadership
  • Experience with governance frameworks, reporting dashboards, and status tracking tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Smartsheet, or similar)
  • Analytical problem-solver with high attention to detail and dependable time management across recurring deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing executive-level status reports and presentations
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and drive standardisation
