We're looking for an Assistant Guest Services Manager to join our prestigious operation at a global luxury retail brand's stunning new HQ in Mayfair, creating then supporting the delivery of a world-class workplace experience every single day.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality, guest services, workplace experience or customer service professional who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

What you'll be doing

As Assistant Guest Services Manager, you'll work alongside the Guest Services Manager to lead a high-performing Workplace Experience team, ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional standards of both our client and Hestia.

Experience in hospitality, workplace experience, front of house, guest services, customer experience or facilities environments would be highly advantageous.
