Role - Second Assistant Manager - Salary = £32,000 base + bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of operations – coaching, motivating, and supporting shift managers and crew to deliver a top-tier customer experience every single day. You’ll lead with confidence, own key performance metrics, and help build a workplace culture that empowers others to thrive.

  • First 12-18 months – Second Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business & Finance

  • Support performance against KPIs (sales, profit, customer satisfaction)
  • Use reports to drive action plans
  • Help manage stock, labour costs, and rotas
  • Understand and influence monthly P&L

  • Lead and motivate a diverse team

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years in management in QSR role or fast-paced hospitality/retail
  • Availability - Full-Time required and must be fully flexible across weekdays, weekends, early mornings, and late evenings
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for developing others
  • A high level of integrity and commitment
