What you'll be doing
Working alongside the General Manager, you’ll help run the pub day-to-day and make sure every shift runs brilliantly.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading, motivating and developing the FOH team
- Delivering consistently brilliant guest experiences
- Taking responsibility for the food and beverage operation
- Driving sales, KPIs and operational performance
- Supporting recruitment, training and development across the team
- Managing stock control and maintaining operational standards
- Taking responsibility for opening and closing the business
- Solving problems quickly and confidently when things get busy
What we're looking for
You’ll Have
- Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, trustworthy and fair approach
- The ability to stay calm, think quickly and take ownership
- A genuine passion for hospitality and making guests feel welcome
- The flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Right to Work in the UK
