Role Overview
A hospitality company known for food, drink, and community is seeking an assistant manager to support the general manager and oversee all daily site operations. You will take full ownership of each shift, ensuring a great customer experience and that company standards are met.

Requirements
Coming from a similar position within hospitality, you will be confident with a hands-on approach. It's a fast-paced, high-volume environment, so you must be adaptable and enjoy high-pressure environments.

Compensation
The role is paying up to £39,000. There is a bonus and benefits package included. High-performing duty managers tend to be fast-tracked to an assistant general manager through an internal development program.
