JOB PURPOSE

Support the Showroom Experience Manager in delivering the end-to-end showroom experience across our London and Paris locations. You'll play a key role in planning and executing showroom operations, supporting market appointments, events, and VIP visits, while ensuring exceptional operational standards and a luxury client experience. Working collaboratively across multiple functions, you'll help drive operational excellence and continuously enhance the showroom experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the London and Paris showrooms, ensuring luxury standards are maintained at all times
  • Coordinate showroom activities, including market appointments, internal meetings, VIP visits, and events
  • Support the planning and delivery of retail and wholesale market weeks
  • Recruit, onboard, and support temporary showroom teams
  • Lead weekly team huddles and communicate key business updates
  • Manage showroom supplies, equipment, props, and maintenance
  • Partner with Styling, Merchandising, Studio, Visual Merchandising, and Wholesale teams to support collection presentations and commercial shoots
  • Coordinate showroom model bookings and seasonal operational planning
  • Build strong relationships across the business and identify opportunities to improve showroom operations
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times

  • Experience within showroom operations, luxury retail, events, or a similar operational environment
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is desirable
  • Understanding of merchandising critical paths and market calendars is advantageous
