About the Role – Assistant Manager

This role involves supporting the Store Manager to maximise sales and profitability while fostering and retaining a high-performing team.
About You
You should demonstrate:
- An ability to deliver a ‘customer-first’ experience, with leadership to coach and motivate the team
- Commercial acumen to analyse reports and drive business opportunities
- Strong communication skills
- An ability to prioritise effectively and manage organisation
- Honesty and integrity in all working relationships
- Financial awareness to identify and develop key performance behaviours within the team
- A drive to build strong working relationships with support office departments

Key Responsibilities
Customer and Product Excellence
- Ensure consistent product training and knowledge to deliver unbiased, high-quality customer advice
Commercial Performance
- Exceed sales targets and company acquisition targets for N.dulge
- Analyse sales reports (including ATV, AUS, and conversion targets) to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance
People Management & Development
- Assist the Store Manager in payroll budget management, ensuring effective scheduling and staff planning to stay within budget
- Support recruiting, retaining, and building diverse teams that uphold our customer-first culture
- Maintain inclusive, engaging environments where employees can thrive
- Lead with confidence when delivering feedback and managing performance in line with company policies
- Inspire and motivate the team, encouraging strong role modelling
Operational Excellence
- Audit and maintain stock accuracy, adhering to handling policies to reduce loss
- Identify opportunities and drive business improvements using data insights
