Supply Chain Planning Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Supply Chain Planning team based in Hammersmith, where you'll support the delivery of our supplier engagement strategy and help optimise inbound supply chain performance. Working closely with suppliers, Buying, Merchandising, Finance, IT and wider Supply Chain teams, you'll ensure accurate forecasting, robust delivery planning and continuous improvement across our supplier network.

You'll lead a team of Coordinators responsible for maintaining accurate inbound delivery information, enabling effective warehouse capacity and resource planning. You'll also manage the performance of our digital freight forwarding partner, helping to improve service levels, drive efficiencies and support business priorities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the ongoing development and adoption of our Supplier Portal, acting as a key point of contact for suppliers throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Building strong relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve collaboration and operational performance.
  • Leading and developing a team of Coordinators, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance and capability.
  • Managing inbound delivery information to provide visibility of stock flow and support warehouse planning activities.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for our freight forwarding platform, monitoring carrier performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Producing insight and performance reporting to support supplier engagement and wider supply chain decision-making.
  • Deputising for the Supply Chain Planning Manager when required and supporting key operational projects.

About You

You'll be a confident people leader with experience working in a fast-paced supply chain, logistics or planning environment. Comfortable building relationships across multiple stakeholder groups, you'll combine strong analytical thinking with a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for continuous improvement.

You'll also have:

  • Experience leading and developing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience working with suppliers, operational performance metrics and service level agreements.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent organisational skills.
  • The ability and confidence to interpret data, identify trends and use insights to drive improvements.
  • The flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and support operational projects when required.
