Assistant Manager
The Jolly Sailor, Davenport
£14.40 per hour + excellent tips (up to £3 per hour) + real opportunities to progress

We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team at The Jolly Sailor - one of Stockport's busiest destination pubs, famous for fantastic food, brilliant service and a genuinely great team.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your day hidden in an office. You'll be out on the floor leading the team, creating memorable experiences for our guests and making sure every shift runs brilliantly. You'll work alongside an experienced management team who will support your development, trust you to make decisions and help you build your career.

What you'll be doing
You'll help lead one of our busiest pubs by:
- Leading confident, organised shifts
- Supporting and coaching the team every day
- Delivering brilliant guest experiences
- Resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Maintaining exceptional standards
- Supporting recruitment, training and onboarding
- Helping achieve labour, sales and service targets
- Being someone your team enjoys working with
