Transaction Services Role in London
I’m recruiting for a growing Transaction Services team in London and would be keen to speak with ACA-qualified candidates who have already gained experience within Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactions and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility across live deals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering financial due diligence assignments
- Analysing financial information and financial models
- Preparing and reviewing due diligence reports
- Supporting net debt and working capital analysis
- Reviewing SPAs and preparing funds flows
- Working alongside tax, IT and other specialist teams
- Managing multiple transactions and client workstreams
- Supporting junior members of the team
- Building relationships with clients, banks, private equity firms and other advisers
- Getting involved in business development and networking

What they’re looking for:
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Previous Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
- Good report-writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a deal-driven environment
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of the transaction process
