Our diverse teams provide specialist technical knowledge combined with deep sector experience across our service line specialisms. Our newly established, rapidly growing Transaction Services team in Ireland is looking for ambitious and commercially minded Assistant Managers to join our expanding team in either Dublin or Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth advisory firm and play a key role in building our Transaction Services offering in Ireland. You will work alongside experienced Transaction Services leaders, gain exposure to a broad range of buy-side and sell-side transactions, and collaborate closely with Interpath’s global Transaction Services network on cross-border engagements.

  • Review and analyze financial information to identify key trends, performance drivers, potential risks, and areas of value creation.
  • Assist in preparing high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and supporting analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, management teams, and other advisors throughout the transaction process.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights that support investment decisions.
  • Take ownership of assigned workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues through clear communication and a proactive approach.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Ireland and Interpath’s wider international Deals network.
  • Contribute to business development activity, including market research, proposals, and internal initiatives.
  • Continue to develop your technical knowledge and stay up to date with transaction trends and market activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
