What We're Looking For
We're looking for an aspiring leader who:
- Has experience in a hospitality, retail or customer-focused leadership role.
- Loves creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Enjoys coaching, developing and motivating others.
- Leads by example with positivity, energy and accountability.
- Has strong commercial awareness and operational know-how.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure.
- Brings curiosity, initiative and a genuine passion for people.
