ASSISTANT MANAGER — LONDON | UP TO £37,500 DOE

I’m working with a hugely exciting international hospitality brand that has just launched in the UK, and it’s already causing a stir.
Their first London flagship opened just one month ago, and queues are already out the door. With a second site planned for later this year and ambitious plans to continue expanding across the UK, they’re now looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team and grow with the business.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is high-energy, hugely sociable and passionate about hospitality, who loves being around people and wants to help lead a young, enthusiastic team.
You’ll be hands-on, visible and heavily involved in the day-to-day operation — supporting the GM, developing the team and making sure every guest walks away having had an incredible experience.

The Role
- Supporting the General Manager with the full day-to-day operation
- Leading and motivating a young, energetic team
- Coaching, training and developing team members
- Helping deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Driving sales and supporting strong commercial performance
- Maintaining high standards across service and operations
- Supporting labour, stock and cost control
- Creating a fun, positive and high-performing team culture
- Taking responsibility and leading from the front during busy periods
We’re looking for someone who…
- Has previous Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Supervisor experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Has loads of energy, personality and enthusiasm
- Is naturally sociable and loves working with people
- Enjoys leading and motivating young teams
- Is hands-on, confident and commercially aware
- Thrives in a busy, high-energy environment
- Wants to progress and build a career with a rapidly growing brand

Salary: up to £37,500 depending on experience
