Are you an experienced Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Retail Leader looking for your next opportunity in fashion retail?

We're recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a successful fashion retailer at Clarks Village. This is a great opportunity to support the Store Manager, lead and develop a strong team, and play a key role in driving the performance of a busy, customer-focused store.

The Assistant Manager Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead the team and drive the commercial performance of the store while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching and developing the team
  • Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintaining high visual and operational standards
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and colleague development
  • Managing stock and day-to-day store operations
  • Taking responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced retail leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, developing people and delivering strong commercial results.

You'll ideally have experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Deputy Manager, Department Manager or Store Manager within fashion, lifestyle, premium, footwear, sports or another customer-focused retail environment.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience driving sales and KPI performance
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • A commercial and customer-focused mindset
  • A hands-on approach and excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to motivate a team and lead by example
  • Flexibility to work weekends and across the store's trading hours
