Assistant Manager | Cycling Retail | Wilmslow | Up to £35,000
Are you an experienced Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or senior Supervisor with a genuine passion for cycling and a strong commercial mindset?
We're recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a premium cycling retailer in Wilmslow, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience and developing a passionate team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who lives and breathes cycling, enjoys working in a premium retail environment and wants to combine their passion for bikes with their retail leadership experience.

The Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store.
You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, footfall and KPIs.
- Leading, motivating and developing the team.
- Delivering an exceptional experience for every cycling customer.
- Coaching team members to improve performance.
- Supporting stock, merchandising and operational standards.
- Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence.
About You
We're looking for a confident retail leader who is commercially aware, customer focused and genuinely passionate about cycling.

You'll ideally have:
- Strong Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or senior Supervisor experience.
- A proven track record of delivering against sales and retail KPIs.
- Experience coaching and developing a team.
- A genuine passion for cycling, bikes or the wider cycling industry.
- Strong product knowledge and an understanding of the cycling customer.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- The ambition to progress your retail career.
