We're partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit an Assistant Marketing Manager to join its growing marketing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded B2B marketer looking to take ownership of campaigns, work closely with senior stakeholders, and gain broader exposure across strategic marketing, digital channels, content, events, and business development. You'll play a key role in supporting the firm's growth by delivering impactful marketing activity across multiple service lines and sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial objectives.
  • Create engaging content across web, email, social media, and thought leadership channels.
  • Work closely with PR, Events, Internal Communications, and Business Development teams.
  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct market, audience, and competitor research.
  • Ensure all activity aligns with brand standards and business goals.

About You

You'll be an experienced B2B marketer with:

  • Marketing experience within a professional services environment.
  • Strong campaign management and project delivery skills.
  • Excellent written communication and content creation abilities.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A commercial mindset and an interest in helping drive business growth.

Desirable Experience

  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, or Express).
  • LinkedIn Advertising and/or Google Ads.
  • Experience within financial, legal, accounting, or other professional services sectors.
