The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities for Nebula and its clients. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with marketing strategy implementation, managing content calendars, coordinating campaigns, and helping develop assets such as website copy, social media content, sales decks, and case studies. The role involves working closely with senior team members to refine messaging, support value proposition development, and ensure consistent brand communication across channels. The Assistant Marketing Manager will also help with performance tracking, reporting, and process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to support marketing planning and strategy, including campaign coordination and value proposition development.
- Experience with content creation and management across channels such as websites, social media, presentations, and sales materials.
- Comfort working with technical or complex subject matter and turning it into clear, audience-friendly messaging.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a part-time, hybrid environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a professional, commercial tone.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, social scheduling tools, basic analytics) is beneficial.
- Prior experience in B2B or professional services marketing, especially with SMEs or technical industries, is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
