Assistant Marketing Manager
Fast growing retail brand
Hayes, West London
Hybrid (1 day from home)
£40-£45K
MUST HAVES:
- 360 marketing skills in eCommerce and Retail marketing
- Hands on skills in PPC, SEO, display and social
- Performance analysis and reporting
We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing, well-established consumer brand with a strong UK presence and a sizeable marketing operation.
This is a broad, multi-channel role for someone who can work strategically but isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get things done.
You’ll work closely with the senior Marketing & DTC team to deliver campaigns that build the brand, drive sales and improve customer experience.

- Social media & influencer activity, including paid social and community management
- Digital marketing – PPC, SEO, display and website activity
- Performance reporting & analysis, using tools such as Google Analytics
- Supporting the development of TV advertising campaigns
- Retail & e-commerce marketing, working closely with sales and retail partners
- Events, exhibitions & experiential activity
- Managing and briefing external agencies and suppliers
- Managing and developing a Marketing Executive
- Bringing new ideas and constantly looking for ways to improve performance
About you:
- Solid marketing experience in a consumer-facing environment
- Strong digital marketing experience across PPC, SEO, display and social
- Experience managing media/PR or other external agencies
- A good understanding of e-commerce and retail marketing
- Experience managing or mentoring junior marketing talent
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to improve performance
- Marketing degree/CIM qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
