Luxury Skincare

£45k - £50k p.a. | London

This is a luxury, science-driven skincare brand moving from its UK and US base into global retail. The team is being built for exactly that move, and this is a new role with room to grow as the business does. For a beauty marketer who wants to shape how a brand lands in new retailers and markets, the timing is right.

Your New Role

  • Own one brand calendar across retail, ecommerce, social and PR, and run the weekly marketing meeting
  • Build the annual trade marketing calendar for each retailer, aligned to joint business plans
  • Brief and deliver in-store activity, from promotions and gondola ends to windows, sampling and retailer.com takeovers
  • Plan sun care seasonality with retailers so activity lands well ahead of peak season
  • Own all copy and assets for retailers, ecommerce and partners, including content packs for new markets
  • Check every piece of copy against SPF and skin claims rules before release
  • Plan and deliver consumer events, from pop-ups to festival and sport activations
  • Build brand collaborations and media partnerships, working with the PR agency so earned and paid coverage reinforce each other
  • Produce training materials for beauty advisors and support store team sessions
  • Track spend against plan and report on reach, sell-out uplift and cost per result

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Requirements

  • You have three to five years in beauty or skincare marketing, ideally brand side, and you know how major beauty retailers and joint business plans work.
  • You hold a lot of deadlines at once and drop none of them.
  • You write clearly and accurately, you have an eye for brand and design, and you are comfortable with the numbers behind post-activity reporting.
  • Sun care or SPF experience would help, as would a working knowledge of cosmetic claims rules.

This is a new role, with real scope to take on more as the brand scales. You will work across retail, ecommerce, social and PR, with clear visibility of how each channel drives sales. You will also see the brand move into new retailers and markets, including the Middle East and Asia. The first year is clearly defined: agreed retailer calendars, assets ready before each launch, and a consumer event, collaboration and media partnership delivered every quarter. For someone who wants to grow alongside a brand rather than join one already finished, this is a strong place to start.

NB should you not hear from us after 5 working days of your application, this means that unfortunately on this occasion you have not moved to the next stage of the recruitment process.
