About the role
We're looking for a proactive, ambitious, and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team at Neos Networks.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketer who wants to develop their career within a fast-paced B2B technology and telecommunications business. You'll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth across our business.
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You'll be naturally curious, creative, and highly organised, with a passion for turning ideas into action and using data and insight to continually improve performance.
You'll work closely with sales, product, and commercial teams, taking ownership of campaign delivery while learning from an experienced and supportive marketing function. If you're commercially minded, thrive on accountability, and love seeing the impact of your work through measurable results, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Campaign planning & execution
- Support the development and delivery of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Take ownership of campaign activity from briefing and planning through to execution, optimisation, and reporting.
- Help develop and launch go-to-market campaigns that support new product launches, propositions, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
