Assistant Marketing Manager - Digital & Brand | Leading Home Retail Brand | Hayes | Hybrid Working | £40,000-£45,000 + Benefits
Zachary Daniels are proud to be representing a leading home retail brand in the search for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join its growing Marketing and DTC team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive or multi-channel marketer who is ready to step into a broader role with more ownership, visibility, and responsibility.
Working closely with the Marketing and DTC Director, you'll help deliver the marketing strategy across online and offline channels, manage key relationships, and support the development of the wider marketing team.
The Role:
This is a broad marketing position within a fast-paced consumer business, giving you exposure across digital marketing, paid media, social, ecommerce, retail marketing, events, and brand campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Marketing and DTC Director in delivering the annual marketing plan.
- Managing PPC, SEO, display, and other digital activity alongside external media agencies.
- Leading social media activity, including paid social, influencer partnerships, and community management.
- Supporting the development and delivery of major brand and advertising campaigns.
- Managing and developing Marketing Executive support within the team.
- Monitoring campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Supporting promotional activity across owned stores and retail partners.
- Coordinating consumer events, exhibitions, and experiential activity.
- Working with Ecommerce teams to ensure online content and product information is accurate and engaging.
- Providing marketing support to key retail partners across online and offline channels.
- Managing external suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Monitoring competitor activity and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion.

What we're looking for:
You may currently be working as an experienced Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Executive, Assistant Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, or Brand Executive and be looking for your next step.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Strong experience across digital and offline marketing channels.
- Hands-on knowledge of PPC, SEO, display, paid social, and digital campaigns.
- Experience working with media, creative, PR, or digital agencies.
- Strong social media and influencer marketing experience.
- Experience analysing campaign performance and using data to improve results.
- Exposure to ecommerce, retail, or consumer marketing.
- Experience mentoring, supporting, or managing junior team members.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a practical, commercially focused approach.
- The confidence to bring new ideas and take ownership of projects.
A marketing degree, CIM qualification, or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
