Sitting within the Advantage Card loyalty team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of the end to end marketing strategy for our Parenting Club proposition.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be delivering multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive member acquisition as well as retain and reward existing members through their lifecycle and maximise Lifetime Value.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing initiatives and projects, including digital offers, CRM communications, events and partnerships.
- Create compelling communications across emails, app, events, loyalty promotions and direct marketing in compliance with brand visual identity and tone of voice.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business to deliver campaigns on time and to budget
- Support KPI performance including sign-ups, active usage, engagement and incremental sales
- Brief visual assets and provide feedback through to final delivery.
- Lead project orchestration across multiple teams and external partners, coordinating priorities and timelines to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and initiatives.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- A strong marketing background, with experience of multi-channel delivery
- A passion for driving customer loyalty with knowledge of the Boots Advantage Card scheme
- Experience of delivering CRM communications
- A strong analytical understanding and critical thinking, customer-first mind-set
- A creative eye and excellent written communication skills
- Confidence in sharing your thoughts and ideas
- Excellent relationship and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills - with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stick to timelines and processes
- A flexible and positive attitude - happy to give something a go and contribute to a variety of projects
It would be great if you also have
- An understanding of what motivates, excites and delights our parent audience
- Experience with loyalty programmes
- Experience or interest in event organisation, influencer and affiliate marketing.
- A background in retail, health & beauty or a fast-paced consumer environment
- Experience in delivering personalised marketing initiatives
- An understanding of onboarding new vendors, legal processes, contract management and purchase orders
