An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing team.

Our client is a market-leading global manufacturer of premium sleep products, renowned for combining innovative technology with exceptional comfort, supplying both consumers and major retail partners across the UK.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Marketing & DTC Director, this is a broad, hands-on role with a strong focus on social media, influencer marketing and digital campaigns, while also supporting wider brand, retail and ecommerce initiatives.

Location: Hayes, West London
Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 Days in Office)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

The Role

Working closely with the Marketing & DTC Director, you'll be responsible for driving the company's social media presence, delivering influencer campaigns and supporting integrated marketing activity across multiple channels. You'll also line manage the Marketing Executive team, work closely with external agencies and support campaigns across ecommerce, retail, events and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the social media strategy across all platforms, driving engagement and brand growth.
  • Own all influencer marketing activity, from identifying partnerships through to campaign delivery and reporting.
  • Manage paid social activity and work with media agencies across PPC, SEO, display and wider digital campaigns.
  • Line manage and develop the Marketing Executive team.
  • Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns alongside the Marketing & DTC Director.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and make recommendations to optimise results.
  • Support ecommerce activity, ensuring website content and marketing assets remain up to date.
  • Provide marketing support to retail partners and the sales team.
  • Coordinate consumer and trade events, exhibitions and experiential activity.
  • Oversee community management across social media channels.

  • Extensive experience managing social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Previous people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a small team.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge, including paid social, PPC, SEO and display.
  • Experience managing external marketing, PR and media agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree or CIM qualification in Marketing (or equivalent) is desirable.
