Position Overview
This is a rare hybrid role that sits at the heart of our commercial team, combining product merchandising with wholesale account support. You will play a pivotal part in planning, managing, and trading our range to hit agreed budgets and KPIs, while acting as a key day-to-day contact for our wholesale partners as we grow the brand internationally.
We are looking for an over-performer ready to step up someone currently in a Assistant Merch(AM), wholesale, or trading support role who has outgrown it and wants real ownership and ready for their next step. You will get genuine breadth here: WSSI, OTB, forecasting, partner relationships, and critical path, all in one seat. What You’ll Be Doing
Product Merchandising & Trading
- Using the WSSI to drive key findings based on performance and consistently reviewing in line with trading.
- Support in planning budgets, option count, and depth of buy in line with overall business and financial goals.
- Review and re-forecast sales based on performance; provide sales, intake, and stock forecasts in line with business requirements.
- Analyse best and worst sellers, making informed recommendations for promotions and rebuys.
- Own the OTB, responding to trade to action rebuys, and manage markdown, promotional, and clearance plans to hit seasonal terminal stock targets.
- Develop and present Sales and Buy Plans, including attribute analysis and sales ranking, and lead weekly trade meetings for your categories.
- Ensure line cards are set up and maintained for all continuity styles, maximising future sales plans.
Wholesale
- Support the Head of Product in delivering the wholesale expansion strategy, wholesale plan, and margin target.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for wholesale partner queries.
- Own the wholesale product critical path, diarising selection appointments and feedback sessions with the Product team.
- Work closely with the Head of operations to ensure wholesale orders are processed and dispatched in line with required shipment dates, including export and import shipments.
- Conduct weekly and monthly partner check-ins covering trade performance, in-season top-ups, and marketing opportunities.
- Analyse partner trading patterns and trend reactions, sharing insight with the wider product team to maximise opportunities.
- Support with product admin when required.

Skills / Experience Required
- Previous experience in a merchandising and/or wholesale role is essential; experience working directly with wholesale partners is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in merchandise planning and forecasting.
- Experience managing (or exposure to) OTB and markdown strategies.
- A clear understanding of product critical paths, lead times, and garment manufacturing.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and shipping processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, with excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of inventory management principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong Excel) with the ability to quickly learn systems such as Tradebyte, NuOrder, B2B portals, and Mirakl.
- Knowledge of the lingerie or fashion industry (desired not essential).
- Experience in a start-up is a significant plus.
