About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Assistant Merchandiser to join our growing Product Team. This is a pivotal role within the business, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the merchandising function and helping ensure product is delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.
You will act as a key point of coordination across the Product Team and our suppliers, maintaining accurate product and stock data, managing key trackers and supporting the maintenance and analysis of line cards and WSSIs. Key Responsibilities
Critical Path & Product Administration
- Manage and maintain the critical path, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate freight bookings, ex-factory dates and shipment timelines.
- Proactively highlight potential risks, delays or issues to the wider Product Team.
- Chase suppliers for pre-shipment samples, approvals and production updates.
- Support strong supplier relationships through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
- Ensure product trackers and internal systems are accurate and kept up to date.
- Manage and resolve warehouse and finance queries efficiently, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution.
- Raise purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Set up and maintain product data, including SKUs, barcodes and product information.
- Support the maintenance of range plans, line lists and product trackers.

Merchandising & Trading Support
- Support the maintenance and updating of line cards and WSSIs.
- Assist with weekly trade reporting and analysis of product performance.
- Support the team in monitoring sales, stock, intake and availability.
- Help identify key product opportunities and risks through accurate reporting and analysis.
- Support with range planning and seasonal product analysis.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting to support commercial decision-making.
General Team Support
- Act as an organisational and administrative backbone of the Product Team.
- Support the wider Product Team with day-to-day tasks and priorities.
- Work collaboratively across Buying, Design and Merchandising.
- Ensure documentation, trackers and processes are clear, consistent and up to date.
- Help maintain a high level of accuracy and organisation across the department.

About You
- 1+ year experience in fashion merchandising
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and systems.
- A genuine desire to develop and progress within a merchandising career.
- Passionate about product and the fashion/lifestyle industry.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Proactive, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A confident communicator who is comfortable liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
