What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join Reprimo and play an important role in supporting our continued growth, particularly across our B2B business.
This opportunity would be well suited to someone with at least 6 months’ experience in a similar role, such as a Merchandising Administrator, who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop their skills within a growing business.

You’ll be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working with numbers, data and reporting. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll work collaboratively across internal teams and build effective relationships with external suppliers.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, commercially aware and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a genuine interest in contributing to the success and growth of the business.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Create purchase orders and barcodes following range plan sign-off, and communicate these to suppliers
- Assist with maintaining critical paths and delivery schedules, tracking supplier updates and proactively highlighting any risks or delays
- Produce and distribute weekly sales, stock and intake reports
- Work closely with Design, Distribution, Finance, Warehouse and Wholesale teams to support the smooth running of the product lifecycle
- Maintain accurate product data, pricing and promotional information across internal systems
- Act as a key point of contact for wholesale partners, supporting delivery timelines and ensuring clear and effective communication
- Monitor inbound deliveries, review packing lists, ASNs, and liaise with distribution centres to ensure a smooth flow of stock
- Support stock allocation across wholesale partners and online channels
- Respond to queries from wholesale customers, warehouse teams and internal departments in a timely and professional manner
- Support the Merchandising team with day-to-day administration and coordination across the product lifecycle
