Department: Merchandising

Location: London

Description

We are Disturbia; a fast growing, independent UK fashion brand specialising in alternative & sub-culture fashion, with an aim to harness the spirit of authenticity and individuality.

Our story is about evolving and disrupting the ordinary. Founded in 2003 by creative graduates Frank and Helen, we look to disturb the suburbs’ with authentically unconventional attire for those drawn to the strange and unusual. Disturbia has since amassed a devoted following worldwide, attracting musicians, artists and free spirits alike.

Over 20 years later, we are an ever-growing team across offices in Northumberland (HQ) and East London. Our in-house team of creatives, do-ers, dreamers, and makers work collaboratively to create unique products and to deliver an exceptional customer experience for those who dare to stand out from the crowd.

As Disturbia continues to grow, we now have the need for an Assistant Merchandiser.

You will be a key part of the Merchandising team, heavily involved in trading and strategy to support our growing global business. You will help drive sales and profitability by using data to gain insights and create actions to drive product performance across the online global business, building plans, managing stock levels, and optimising product availability across all trading markets, constantly looking for opportunities to drive the business forwards.

Working closely with the Buying, Design, Ecommerce and Marketing teams, you will help shape trading and planning decisions, to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own daily and weekly sales, stock and global trading analysis, turning risks and opportunities into clear commercial actions.
  • Produce weekly trade recommendations on repeats, cancellations, intake, markdowns and promotions, balancing sales, stock, margin and profitability.
  • Analyse performance by market, category and product, including sales, returns, sizing, pricing, stock health and aged stock, recommending actions to improve sell-through, productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain WSSIs, line cards, range plans and business roll-ups; challenge assumptions and forecast sales, stock, intake and markdown risks.
  • Partner with Buying to manage the critical path, option and quantity changes, pricing, phasing and sizing ratios for new and repeat orders.
  • Manage delivery schedules and forecast intake across global DCs, identifying risks and actions to maintain stock flow.
  • Generate analysis and insights for monthly, quarterly and seasonal analysis and translate into recommendations for future ranges, buys and merchandising strategy.
  • Improve reporting and decision-making through technology and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, AI….), reducing manual work and increasing productivity whilst maintaining accuracy.
  • Act as a trusted cross-functional partner, clearly and confidently communicating performance, risks, opportunities and recommendations in trading meetings and business forums.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
