We’re looking for an organised, switched-on and fashion-obsessed Assistant Merchandiser to join the MURCI team.

We’re a fast-growing Manchester womenswear brand, so things move quickly around here. You’ll work closely with our Head of Merchandising, Design and Marketing Team, getting involved in everything from orders and deliveries to sales, stock and what’s selling right now.

If you love fashion, numbers and a good spreadsheet, this could be your perfect match.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Supporting the Merchandiser with the day-to-day trading of the range.
  • Raising and managing POs, product information and supplier details.
  • Keeping on top of deliveries, intake and key dates.
  • Working with suppliers and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Keeping our merchandising systems, spreadsheets and product data spot on.
  • Analysing weekly sales, stock and product performance.
  • Spotting our best sellers, slow movers and next big opportunities.
  • Supporting repeats, replenishment, stock management and markdowns.
  • Helping with WSSI, forecasting and weekly trade reporting.
  • Pulling together reports and insights for trade meetings.
  • Working closely with Design, Production, E-commerce and Marketing.
  • Getting stuck into the day-to-day admin that keeps the Merch team moving.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
