We make pieces that families feel good about choosing and love wearing. We create treasured and memorable clothing, in the best quality and always with something unique that feels unmistakably Claude & Co. We’re proud of the creativity, courage and care that runs through everything we do and we’re looking for someone who shares that same energy.
The Role
We are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join our Product team, reporting directly into our Merchandiser. This role plays a key part in driving the commercial performance of the brand through strong stock management, intake planning and data-led decision making. You’ll support the planning and trading of our seasonal collections, managing intake and stock flow with precision, while using insight and analysis to guide smart, confident decisions. Working cross-functionally with Buying, Design, Marketing, Operations and our supplier base, you will help ensure smooth intake flow, accurate forecasting and strong delivery performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers and trading data, and wants to take ownership of key merchandising processes within a growing brand.
You’ll be responsible for
Stock & Intake Management
- Managing intake flow in line with sales forecasts and launch plans
- Monitoring stock levels, cover and availability across core and seasonal lines
- Identifying potential stock risks (overstock / understock) and proposing actions
- Assisting with re-forecasting based on performance, trends and trading conditions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
