Assistant Merchandiser Opportunity

We’re looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join the team of a womenswear fashion brand based in West London for at least 3 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous merchandising experience looking to further develop their trading, planning, and stock management skills within a fast-paced fashion head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Merchandiser with trading analysis, stock management, and day-to-day merchandising activities.
  • Produce and analyse weekly trade, sales, stock, and intake reports to support commercial decision-making.
  • Manage stock allocation, replenishment, and inventory levels to maximise availability and minimise risk.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to optimise stock across channels.
  • Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth stock flow.
  • Support forecasting, WSSI updates, and seasonal planning to drive business performance.
  • Assist with markdown planning, stock transfers, and in-season trading decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
