Assistant Merchandiser – Menswear
Bloom Search is partnering with a menswear brand to recruit an analytical and commercially minded Assistant Merchandiser.
Working closely with the Merchandising and Buying teams, you’ll help drive sales, optimise stock and support seasonal planning. This is an opportunity for an experienced Merchandising Assistant ready to progress, or an existing Assistant Merchandiser looking for their next challenge.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse weekly sales, stock and sell-through, identifying opportunities and recommending actions.
- Support range planning, forecasting and seasonal trading.
- Monitor intake and delivery schedules, working with suppliers and internal teams to maintain stock availability.
- Assist with replenishment, allocations and stock movement across relevant channels.
- Support markdown planning and promotional activity to maximise sales and manage terminal stock.
- Maintain accurate merchandising reports and product data using WISSI.
- Work closely with Buying to review performance by category, style, colour and size.

About you
- Previous experience as an Assistant Merchandiser or an established Merchandising Assistant within fashion.
- Experience using WISSI is essential.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence analysing sales and stock data.
- Commercial awareness, excellent numerical skills and strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working across teams.
- Menswear experience would be advantageous.
