About the Role

Are you passionate about fashion retail and ready to take the next step in your merchandising career? Join Hush as an Assistant Merchandiser and play a key role in ensuring our customers have the right products at the right time, place, and quantity.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse sales data to optimise stock levels across all channels.
  • Monitor product performance and adjust allocations to maximise profitability.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams for seamless launches and promotions.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimising stockouts.
  • Maintain accurate merchandising systems and reports to track trends.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Support planning and execution of end-of-season sales and promotions.
  • Continuously improve merchandising strategies and processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar role (essential).
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Excellent communication skills across Outlook, Teams, and face-to-face.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in fashion retail and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
