Assistant Network Design Manager

The Assistant Network Design Manager will support the Fashion, Home & Beauty Supply Chain & Logistics transformation by providing data-driven insight and analysis to inform the design of resilient, scalable and cost-effective logistics solutions. Working across distribution centres, stores, fulfilment locations and transport networks, including final mile, this role will help shape practical solutions that balance service, proposition and efficiency.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and turning complex information into clear, actionable insight. Close collaboration with internal teams, operational partners and 3PLs will be key to supporting decision-making, simplifying complexity and helping the network evolve for the future.

NB: This role will involve travel between our Bradford, Castle Donington and Welham Green distribution centres.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Support the development of network solutions that help deliver the strategic goals of the Fashion, Home & Beauty Supply Chain & Logistics transformation
  • Deliver data-driven analysis and modelling to evaluate opportunities, quantify impacts and support informed decision-making
  • Contribute to the creation of network blueprints, operating models and business cases across distribution, fulfilment and transport operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve network performance, simplify complexity and enhance service, efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Collaborate with operational teams, business stakeholders and third-party partners to support the successful delivery of network design initiatives

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insight into practical recommendations
  • Knowledge of supply chain, logistics or retail operations, with an interest in developing expertise in network design and optimisation
  • Experience using data and modelling tools such as Excel, Power BI or SQL to support analysis and decision-making
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build effective relationships and work confidently with a range of stakeholders
  • Clear communication skills, able to explain complex information in a simple and engaging way for different audiences
