We are pleased to advertise three vacancies for Assistant Neuropsychologist posts in the Neuropsychology service at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
The two full-time posts are predominantly intended to work within the epilepsy workstream of the service, and the third 0.6wte post is predominantly intended to work within the neuro-oncology and general neuropsychology workstreams. The posts would suit highly motivated individuals interested in neuropsychological assessment of children with neurological conditions.
Applicants should have a first-class degree in Psychology and/or an MSc in Neuropsychology or related subject, good interpersonal skills, and experience of working with children. Prior experience of psychometric/neuropsychological assessment is essential, and experience of working with individuals with brain injury or neurological conditions is desirable. The postholders must have a high level of attention to detail and ability to sustain focus.
The service is involved in clinical research, and data management and research skills will also be valuable.

The post-holder will also be part of the wider Psychological & Mental Health Services in the Trust. There is regular formal supervision and informal support, including a large assistant psychologist group, and excellent opportunities for professional development within the Trust.
