We're looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Nursery Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Chineham, Basingstoke.

About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Chineham is a purpose-built, single-storey nursery in Basingstoke, with capacity for 98 children and a Good Ofsted rating.
We're conveniently located near Chineham Business Park, with easy access to the M3 and M4 motorways, local bus services and Basingstoke train station.
With ample on-site parking and excellent transport links, our nursery offers a convenient location alongside a welcoming environment for children, families and colleagues.

As our Assistant Nursery Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the successful day-to-day running of our nursery.
Working alongside the Nursery Manager, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, inspire your colleagues and make a meaningful difference to the children and families in our care.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting the Nursery Manager in leading and managing the nursery's daily operations.
- Inspiring, motivating and developing a team of early years professionals.
- Creating a positive and supportive environment where colleagues feel valued and children can flourish.
- Maintaining high standards of childcare, safeguarding and education.
- Building strong relationships with parents, families and the wider community.
- Supporting the delivery of our unique Bee Curious curriculum.
- Contributing to the nursery's continuous improvement and overall success.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an enthusiastic early years professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional childcare and ready to make a difference.
You'll Bring
- Experience working within an early years setting, ideally with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to inspire, support and motivate a team.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine passion for children's learning, development and wellbeing.
