Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Join Boots as an Assistant Operations Manager in our Nottingham location, where you will play a vital role in supporting our operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in our Central Support Pharmacy, working alongside the Operations Manager and contributing to the success of our online doctor team.
About The Role
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team within the larger Boots Pharmacy Logistics team. Your role will involve:
- Supporting the daily operational running of the Boots Central Support Pharmacy.
- Collaborating closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations.
- Building strong relationships with both peers and team members.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Adapting to change and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Need To Have
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Strong business knowledge and experience in managing larger teams.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Effective time management and prioritisation abilities.
- Flexibility in working hours and days.
- A proactive approach to delivering projects and achieving targets.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience in a similar operational management role.
- Knowledge of pharmacy logistics or healthcare operations.
