Assistant Partnerships Manager

Up to £35,530 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

Manchester city centre (hybrid working between home and two days a week in the office https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy)

We’re looking for an Assistant Partnerships Manager to help bring one of our most exciting partnerships to life: Co-op Live, the UK’s newest and largest live entertainment arena.

Working alongside the Partnerships Manager, you’ll help deliver partnership activity that drives member acquisition, engagement, and brand impact. From managing exclusive member presales and Dreamseats experiences to supporting high-profile activations and campaigns, you’ll help make sure we maximise the value of our Co-op’s presence at one of the UK’s leading entertainment venues.

By delivering engaging activations, exclusive benefits, and seamless ticketing experiences, you’ll help make sure our partnership creates meaningful moments that matter to our members while supporting our Co-op’s wider growth ambitions.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver member presales, Dreamseats experiences, and ticketing benefits that bring our partnership to life
  • Plan and co-ordinate engaging activations and campaigns that drive member acquisition and engagement
  • Work closely with marketing, membership, brand, and venue teams to deliver activity
  • Manage partnership assets, contractual rights and ticketing processes, making sure activity is delivered on time and in line with brand standards
  • Monitor budgets, performance, and member engagement, spotting opportunities to maximise impact and return on investment
  • Oversee ticketing systems, reporting, and internal communications to support smooth delivery of partnership activity

  • Strong partner management, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Commercial awareness and confidence using data to measure success and identify opportunities
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
